Mary L. Fourman passed away on November 12, 2012 at her residence at the Brethren Retirement Community. She was born on March 22, 1920 to Orville and Marie Lawrence. She married John S. Fourman on November 7, 1941. 

Mary is survived by a sister, Dorothy Rankin, Kettering; three sons, Dr. Michael Fourman, Greenville, Kenton Fourman, Brentwood, TN, and Jeffrey Fourman, Oak Park, IL; grandchildren, Dr. Matthew Fourman, David Fourman, Aaron Fourman, Christopher Fourman, Eric Fourman, Mark Fourman, Grace Fourman, Marie Fourman and Sam Fourman; and great-grandchildren, Hallie Fourman, Kate Fourman, Maddie Fourman, Ella Fourman, Charlotte Fourman, and Jillian Fourman

Mary and husband John were life-long residents of Greenville and had several businesses including the R.E. Wenger Co. and the Hallmark Card Shop. A Memorial Celebration of Mary’s life will be held on Saturday, December 8, at the Greenville Church of the Brethren on Central Avenue, Greenville. Family will receive friends from 1-2:30 p.m.; followed by the memorial Service at 2:30 p.m. Mary gifted her body to the Wright State University School of Medicine.
