Rita J.
Lykins, 49, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012 after a
courageous battle with cancer.
Rita was born on June 22, 1963, daughter to Carl E. Wright and
Maxine M. Jordan in Darke County, Ohio
She was a member of the Pipecreek Freewill Baptist Church in
Summan, IN.
Rita loved spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies
included quilting, fishing, hunting and working with her horses and cattle. She
loved to travel with her husband and soul mate, David.
Preceding her in death is a brother, Keith Wright.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her beloved
husband, David, whom she married on October 2, 2010, her children and joy of
her life, Jeff Fourman and Adrian White of Indianapolis and her daughter, Rachel
White, at home; Brothers and sisters-in-law, Ken and Joan Wright and Carl and
Ronda Wright of Greenville and Darrel Wright of Mason, KY; Sisters and
brothers-in-law, Becky and Ed Sleppy and Renee and Randy Hubler, of New
Madison, Rose Wright of Corinth, KY, Rebba and Paul Pitsenbarger, of
Greenville; and a sister-in-law, Janice Wright, of Castine. There are also
numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Neal’s Funeral Home in
Osgood, IN.
